Our prices are for a COMLPETE cleaning, not a "basic" cleaning that really doesn't do anything. Scheduling with George was a breeze, and he arrived promptly as promised. What truly impressed me was George's clear communication throughout the entire process. He not only demonstrated professionalism but also a genuine concern for the quality of his work. One standout feature was George's use of a camera to provide a visual of the state of my vent before and after cleaning, which added an extra layer of transparency to the service. George Shumate the owner, did a outstanding job with our air duct cleaning! And I would highly recommend his services! First of all he was able to work me into his schedule on a day when everyone except myself would be out of the house. And even though this created a conflict on his end, he ended up offering to do the job for us by himself, normally would be two of them. Which again was very much appreciated! Second thing he did while doing his camera inspection of our duct work, was he discovered one of our kids bedroom's damper on the duct was almost closed. So he went up into our attic to figure and find which duct and damper handle to move while I was watching the video feed to get it opened correctly. And last, he took the extra time and care to make sure everything was put back and looked the way it did before. Including making sure he vacuumed up anything that fell out onto the floors. George thanks for your excellent service!

DC Resolutions was GREAT to work with! they were very punctual, knowledgeable and went above and beyond with our vent cleaning. We had our dryer vent and entire AC vent system cleaned and they very thorough and detailed with their cleaning! very pleased - we cannot recommend enough!

Professional and knowledgeable. They let me watch real-time video of the nastiness in my vents as their camera traveled through. Their excellent equipment removed all of it. Then they went back in and sprayed antimicrobial. Entire house suddenly smells cleaner. They removed 40 years of buildup in my AC return intakes. I showed my neighbors photos and now they’re wondering what’s in their vents. Great job at a fair price. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer honest and fair prices with no hidden fees. We don't entice potential customers with low prices to get inside their homes then upsell them with more and more services. That's dishonest!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain to them how their cleaning will be performed and with what equipment. Ask potential customers some questions about the last time a cleaning was performed, if ever then go through the process of what we do and approximately how long it will take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience in commercial HVAC sequencing installs in commercial warehouses, schools and large buildings as well as 16 years in plumbing skills with a masters rating and 30 years in aviation maintenance with an A&P certification.
