- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contact us for an estimate. For new fences the grade and slope of a yard, pools, vegetation and garden decorations will affect pricing. Generally repairs are best scoped out by a professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part of the process is the information gathering. If i can obtain correct customer information from the get go, then ill be able to make the estimate and job scheduling as stream line as possible. I know everyone is busy and I try to keep communication to text and email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a staff sergeant in the Army and i have two associates degrees in business administration and business management.
