Omar did a fantastic job replacing my second-story deck. He handled all the demo, trash removal, materials and labor. Got it done in under two days and had the most competitive pricing relative to 4 other quotes. Would definitely hire him again for any carpentry related work.

We could never have imagined how great our patio cover turned out! First of all, Lopez construction was my lowest quote by thousands of dollars. Mr Lopez addressed all my concerns up front and came thru on all of the details and care abouts I outlined. The attention to detail and symmetry is impeccable... He is also an experienced roofer; he modified my roof line for perfect compatibility with the new structure. He recommended an electrician which I hired and they coordinated well with each other I could not be more pleased... I highly recommend!

I needed a new deck built to cover my old broken patio. Lopez's quote for the entire project was less than a third of the competitors and within the span of two days from our initial contact his crew of guys had built a solid ground level deck that well exceeded my expectations. The even contoured it around my tree! Would hire again.

Lopez Construction did an EXCELLENT job building a pergola over the deck in my back yard. I’m very pleased with their work. The quality of the wood and workmanship was great! They kept in contact with me very regularly to keep me updated and even referred my to someone to add lights and a tarp cover who also did a great job! Thanks to Lopez Construction my backyard looks great & I’m ready to entertain.

Fence: prices are impacted by the type of fence and linear foot. You can provide the fence or we can help you find a good match for your home
