Omar did a fantastic job replacing my second-story deck. He handled all the demo, trash removal, materials and labor. Got it done in under two days and had the most competitive pricing relative to 4 other quotes. Would definitely hire him again for any carpentry related work.

We had approximately 75' of dog-eared privacy fence replaced and two gatesrepaired. So many contractors are a little "flaky," and don't always follow through. It was great to work with a contractor who was so responsive.
They replied to my original request for a quote within a few hours, came out the next day, gave me a quick, fair quote, and offered several scheduling options. They contacted me the day before they were scheduled to confirm the appointment, then updated me when they were on their way.
I have never used them before, but I would definitely hire them again. If you want contractors who will communicate with you and do what they say, hire Lopez Construction.
Details: Residential • Replace an existing fence or gate • Provide privacy • Keep pets on property • Surround pool • Wood • 51 - 100 feet • 6 feet • 1 gate • No fence obstacles exist in the work area
Lopez construction's reply
Thank you very much for everything.
