Very professional team, with excellent attention to detail. The project was quite big: removal of the old fence, install new posts, new fence (250 ft), two pedestrian gates and an electric gate with solar panel. Everything turned out PERFECT!
The team worked super hard every single day from sunrise to sunset (no exaggeration here). They made sure to follow the property lines, secured the city permit for us, were careful with the utility lines, left the work area clean and most importantly kept us updated multiple times a day with their progress and next steps.
Beautiful fence and excellent experience overall!

The guys at Porch Construction not only gave me a fantastic price, they were timely, hard working, detailed, and were great to work with. Even when I was being nit-picky, they just got it done, and even went the extra mile, doing more than what was contracted. They used top quality materials, we got Japanese Cedar with pressure treated rails and kick boards on our existing steel post. Then they come back within days to apply the stain, making sure there was no over spray etc. The metal frame kit for the gate turned out great too. The one area they need to improve is their quoting, as it lacked detail, and the price was so good, I was leery that added cost would incur. So I wrote a detailed plan of action with a as-progress payment structure, and materials to be used. To be fair, I added linear footage(cost) because we were flipping the fence face and had to double side some of the street side corners. Both parties signed the contract, and they finished within five days which included letting the cedar dry for two days. Work out the details and trust them to give you the best price-quality around. I will be using them for other projects in the future.

I absolutely recommend Porch Fencing to anyone in the DFW area needing fence repair or replacement. From our initial conversation about the scope of work needed to project wrap-up, the entire crew was prompt and professional, and the owner kept in regular contact throughout. We went from a dilapidated, dangerously tilted side fence to this beauty in 48 hours, including brand new steel posts, at a reasonable price. 10/10, will definitely use again when we get ready to replace the rest!
