I received an inspection of the chimney for a potential cleaning and he told me it could actually be put off for another year. I appreciated the honesty. He could have told me it was disgusting and charged me for an unnecessary cleaning but he didn't. While he was here he also gave me a quote for cleaning our HVAC system. In my opinion it was a fair price and we will be going with them when we choose to move forward with that.

When I was shopping for a reputable company to repair my fireplace I received numerous offers and their estimates were in the thousands of dollars!! Well over priced!! After much research I chose All United Home Services due to their promptness, professionalism, and reasonable pricing. They showed up the next day, assessed the project and provided a reasonable quote to replace only what was necessary to make my fireplace safe to use and look brand new! Also, they promised to have it ready to use by Christmas Day and completed the repairs 4 days early. Since then I’ve enjoyed using my fireplace every chance I get and I love it. I will continue to do business with Mike and Daniel for many of my projects from now on. No price gouging, just fair and reasonable prices and excellent customer service!

Great experience. A tiny glitch in scheduling, but it was easily resolved. These guys definitely know what they're doing. They climbed the roof to inspect our chimney and came back down with great news. Everything looked great from the top. They repaired a crack on the inside, sealed it and repainted it. Cleaned it thoroughly (it was really dirty), and left their work area spotless. We will definitely have them back. GREAT PROFESSIONAL WORK

Update: Within an hour of me posting my previous negative review (On a Sunday) Mike the owner called me. He expressed his apologies for the work that his tech did and wanted to come out and make it right. He came out today to fix it and it's in a much better place now. They cleaned up the fireplace, made the concrete look better, used the correct concrete, and spent the time to do it right. They also repainted and resealed the inside of our fireplace at no charge. I understand that sometimes the wrong person on the job can make an entire company look bad and it sounds like that was the case with me. Mike CHOSE to make it right instead of ignoring the bad review which I can really appreciate. I'd definitely recommend them now! We ended up spending even more money with them today to add a gas insert, flush our gas line, and get everything ready for the holidays/cold season! Looking forward to the next time I work with them.

I needed my dryer vent cleaned for the first time before my new washer and dryer arrived. At least, that's all that I *THOUGHT* I needed. Once Mike arrived and looked in the attic, it turned out that my vent wasn't even connected. This was not something I was aware of nor was it something that Mike had been prepared for. But he was great and rolled with punches. He took great care of me and took care of every issue and concern that I had before, during and after the date of service. Could not recommend more highly.
