I am a Cooper Institute certified personal trainer, a CrossFit L1 certified trainer, as well as a World Freerunning and Parkour Federation (WFPF) level two instructor.
My workouts are tailored to the individual and his or her goals; however, all of them focus on combining effective movements for building strength, coordination, and flexibility. I take the best practices from many different sources and combine the most effective techniques so that my clients gain the benefit of a broad spectrum of movement and fitness.
I offer services in fitness, parkour, nutrition, and mobility. You can choose to have a program focused solely on one of these services or any combination. We will discuss your goals and create a specific program for you.
