MCC foundation has competitive prices and met our needs. The job was done in as little as three days only due to the rain. The quality of work was outstanding and cleaned up very well. We were very satisfied with our foundation repair and we highly recommend this company.
We had a garage separated from the house that was suffering from a poor foundation and through age, was breaking apart. The original contractors laid the cement foundation without rebar. AVR completely reconstructed the foundation and was sure to lay plastic and rebar along with the new cement. Quick and worth every penny!
I was the Listing Agent for my Listing and the Inspection and Appraisal requested a Structural Engineer and I googled Eric's company Lange Engineering. He came out on a Sunday. I was truly impressed with that and when he came back out after the foundation work was done. He was punctual and he thorough in his work. If I ever need another Structural Engineer, I will cal Eric. Sincerely, Loretta R. Theus Realtor The Michael Group Real Estate
I was very please with Lifetime Foundation. My foundation work was done on time, same day and professionally. Clean up was done as well. I would recommend them for any foundation work
Have worked with 2 different Foundation Repair Contractors because of serious foundation problems with our residence, both cost a lot of money and did more damage than what we started with, both contractors badly mis-represented, lied about the work they did. Would highly recommend Sam Hashemi with Allied Permanent Foundation Repair, working with one of the best Engineers in the country he help expose the two contractors that did bad repair work to our foundation. Sam is a very honest and hard working Foundation Repair Contractor. I highly recommend Sam. Vernon F. Irving, Texas
The liberty Foundation did a great job on my rental property at a great price. They explained the cost in details and the following warrenty checking service is a good plus too! A happy customer from Canyon Creek community in Richardson, TX.
I liked ALMOST everything about working with Lift It Foundation Repair. 5 months later my concerns are with uncompleted parts of the project, line items from the signed and funded proposal, and from their Terms & Conditions. The way I see it, if there is a line item on a proposal, and a price associated with that line item, and you pay as agreed, then that work should be done. Further, if your Terms & Conditions say you'll provide a Warranty Certificate upon completion, then you should provide one upon completion. From their representative Chris, to the crew who actually did the work, they were pleasant to work with. Good guys, All. They were prompt, courteous and based on my limited experience, they did a good job. Their price was also fair and I think it was a good value overall. This review does not mean I'm unhappy with the work that was done, because I am happy. I'm just concerned about the things that never happened, and the Warranty Certificate we never received. The items that never happened represent about 30% of the total project budget. They are; 1) Plumbing Inspection $XXX.XX - NEVER TOOK PLACE. ("Have a licensed plumber scope the drain lines to verify that no breaks have occurred during the lifting process.) Note: If breaking or separation has occurred, Lift It will make recommendations for repair.") 2) Engineer Report (Post Repair/Final) $XXX.XX - NEVER TOOK PLACE. 3) Warranty Certificate $NC- NEVER PROVIDED. ("All Workmanship is guaranteed in accordance with the terms of this Proposal and the warranty certificate provided upon performance.") For all I know, these are simply oversights, but it's been 5 months and there have been no follow-ups to see if the job was completed satisfactorily. Without a Warranty Certificate, I have no way to prove the work was ever done, except a cancelled check and a signed copy of their proposal. If they had contacted me, I would have told them the same thing I'm saying now. The work they did was good, and I like their company, but I can't help but wonder if parts of their process, the warranty and post-repair parts, were never really going to happen anyway. I would hire Lift It Foundation again, no question. But instead of paying for items on a proposal that they aren't really going to do, I'd rather just pay them the same amount for the things they are going to do.
I had a great experience with DFW Foundation Repair. The price was amazing and comparable to most. The customer service was exceptional and the quality of the work was even better. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.
Mr. Gamez and his crew repaired cracks in the drywall due to the foundation settling. He came out and gave me a good quote on Wednesday and completed the work on Thursday. They were professional and courteous and able to complete all the work in one day. If I need more work done in the future I would definitely hire them again.
Our build was quite challenging, with a total slap poof of 5,000+ sqf, requiring a total of 96 piers, having a engineered foundation (not using post tension, but rather a rebar inter-connected foundation requiring a way higher level of expertise by the contractor), land leveling and build-up on hill side as well. Valadez construction was working in budget, on time and with high responsiveness for our needs. We would like to highly recommend Valadez construction for all your flat, foundation or other concrete projects.
This is the guy you need on your job!!! Professional, on time, no monkey business, AND cleaned the jobsite before they left like they were never there. Anybody who has ever hired a mason before knows how big of a deal it is to clean up all the slag after they leave. Most contractors wouldn't even sniff at my 10'x14' shed pad - they all had to have a big score. Thanks to Devil Dogs, I have a lifetime installation, and he gets first crack at my next 2-car outdoor work/paint foundation. Thanks and All the Best. Give this outfit a chance - You will not be disappointed.
Jesse was fantastic! He brought in a crew ready to do a complete re-plumbing of the house moving it from the foundation to the attic. The supplies, insulation, workmanship, was all top notch and completed in 1 day. I would highly recommend him.

I had foundation work performed and over the last 4 years the driveway sank and cracked considerably. R&R of Dallas replaced a large section of the driveway with a high-strength version that properly handled surface water. R&R was prompt, professional, reasonably priced and when finished made the site look like it had never been touched. Tony is a perfectionist and his work demonstrates his attention to detail.
