Very displeased. He came out, took a look at the job and quoted me a price that I agreed to. Then he and his partner Brandon kept telling me they would be there then not show up or call until I pressured. For a week it was one excuse after another meanwhile my dogs were having to be cooped up inside in their crates because I was told Craig or Brandon would be there just to have them not show. The last straw came Saturday (a week after accepting the job) I was told they would be there before noon and once again they didn't show and when they finally responded to my text he told me I could find someone else or it would be the next day before they could get to it. If in the beginning they had said either they couldn't do it or had said this is when we can get to you next weekend, and followed thru I would have been ok. Craig was personable but the lack of follow thru and the tone of the voicemail from Brandon on Friday and the text on Saturday from Craig are the reason I'm giving them the negative review. I ended up hiring Kenneth Wilson that Sarurday and he did the job the same weekend and he did an awesome job!

I was in a bind and needed help hauling some big shrubs and other miscellaneous items around the house. I needed someone to haul the items off on a Sunday. I filled out a request on Thumbtack. Craig immediately replied. When I spoke with him on the phone, he was very nice and professional. He came to my house in a very timely manner. I had previously gotten other quotes from other Services, but Craig's price was WAY more reasonable. When he arrived, he knew exactly what to do. He took care of everything quickly and professionally. I would call him again and highly recommend him to others.

Craig mowed, edged and weeded my yard beautifully. He went above and beyond as it had been raining alot and the grass was very high. And a great job cleaning up too!
