No charge just for showing up, we only charge for the actual time spent, we never markup prices on parts (you pay what we pay) and if we can't fix it...you don't pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to get as much information, pictures, part numbers and any information the customer feels is important to hopefully show up with the needed materials and ready to go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lifetime repairing items and working for friends, family, neighbors and co-workers. 30+ years experience with Telecom Industry, Datacenter Construction/Operation, Venders and Building Facilities groups.
