I reached out to have 1 room cleaned (new recently installed carpet, just needing sanitizing since I was moving out of the apartment within 30days of being there. He quoted $55. I said your online says $40, but if $55 is your price, okay..I don't want someone to do a job for less and I don't ask for discounts. He said no, he would take the job at $40. We agreed to do it today at 2PM. A little after 2PM, I texted them and said, "are you canceling?". He stated yes, he was sorry but his crew could not perform. Geesh after the meeting time on my move out date! Such an inconvenience to find someone at the last minute, but it got done! The kicker here, I was going to pay him his orginal price just because he was willing to do it, but like I stated, I don't pay people less their asking price. Needless to say, don't hire this crew, they may drop the ball last minute!
