- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact RR Junk Removal DTX, we make the process simple and stress-free from start to finish: Initial Contact & Estimate Send photos of what you need removed. We provide a fast, free estimate based on the items or demolition work required. On-Site Confirmation When we arrive, we walk the area with you, confirm the final price, and explain the plan before starting any work so everything is clear. Efficient Removal or Demolition Our team handles all the lifting, loading, and demolition safely and efficiently. We protect your property and work with care. Responsible Disposal We sort items for proper disposal, recycling, or donation whenever possible to reduce landfill waste. Final Walkthrough & Payment Once the job is complete, we do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything looks great. Payment is collected only after you’re satisfied. Our goal is to provide a smooth, professional experience every time.
