- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to provide fair pricing and solid work that customers can feel good about. Every project is a little different, so I like to look at the job and understand exactly what the customer needs before giving a price. This helps make sure the estimate is honest and accurate. I am always happy to provide a free estimate so customers can plan their project with confidence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by learning about what the customer would like to improve or build on their property. After understanding the project, I provide an estimate and talk through the details so everything is clear before starting. Once the work begins, I focus on doing the job carefully and responsibly so the final result looks clean, strong, and well finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work in landscaping, lawn care, fencing, and painting. Over time I have learned the importance of doing things the right way, paying attention to the small details, and using good techniques that help the work last. Every project is also an opportunity to keep learning and improving my skills.
