- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always sure to take the classes required to keep my trends and techinques up to date with all the celebrity and high end makeup artists worldwide. Many great classes can be taken at MAC, Sephora, and other great retail stores. I always take in what I can and practice what I've learned on close friends or myself before applying to clients to not only be sure methods are safe but also look great with practice. Knowing how to achieve that JLo glow or the Victoria Secret seductive look are always a must with it being such high in demand by many of my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working different industries such as corporate, medical, retail, and all others...I knew choosing to be a makeup artist was right for me. Not only do I work well with others but I love using my creativity for makeup. I was always great in art class but never knew how imaginative and creative I could be when applying it to makeup and once I saw the difference it made in doing so, I knew that this is what I wanted to do and become.
