Al has been our “go to” tech guy for me and my family for 10 years or more, for computers, laptops, TV’s and phones. We originally met through Thumbtack. He is very responsive, often on short notice. He does not quit until he solves the problem. It helps that his fees are reasonable. We like him, trust him and feel very fortunate to know him. It is reassuring to know we can count on Al and don’t panic when something goes wrong. He has also helped me with new purchases. Al’s the best.
