- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am charging everyone what I charge contractors, not what they would charge you!!! I have a worksheet you get to keep. It shows exactly what you spent your money on. Prices don't change from job to job, everyone gets charged the same thing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State regulated. If I dont I will lose my license. Besides, its always good to learn new techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I don't know, it was my first job. The crew was in the neighborhood, and we had a pool....we were fast friends..so they offered me a job, and then they couldn't ever get rid of me ..lol
