Worse service I have ever received. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I hired them to get the grass out of my flower bed and cut the the tips so leaves from a crate myrtal that was hanging over my roof. I sent multiple pictures of the flower bed and where the leaves were that I wanted away from tree.
They asked to use my tools and ladder. Took a lawn mower over the grass in my flower bed, then told me they couldn’t do it and would have to come back another day and charge more money. The tree was butchered, and they left all the trees debris and branches all over my yard.
I asked them to comeback and fix this, evacuate I had already paid. No they are unresponsive.

Benjamin, you paid for us to cut down the tree we were thinking we can get the grass out with just the weed whacker it got some not all you have a lot of grass in the flower bed and it would take a little while to do because we would have to dig up the grass and get to the root I only asked for your ladder which I left in the same place and I actually got my own shovels... I will come out and fix it but you also told us that you want to keep critters from getting on your roof so the way we saw it was cut it to where they can't get up there.? I am sorry if you thought it was the worst service I would love to make it right for you!
