- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $75 service fee that covers about 2 hours of work for any service on-site or remote. We then charge additionally $25/hour after the 2-hour mark. Most computer repair services can be resolved within 2 hours. If the service will take more than 2 hours we can give you the option for us to take the machine and repair it at our location and have it delivered to you at a later time that week with no additional cost per hour. Our rate only covers labor and parts delivery. It does not cover any cost for parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will give you a call and try to get as much information as possible in regards to your issue with your machine. If we are pretty sure that there will be parts that need to be replaced. Will go ahead and have those parts dispatched with the tech to save some time.
