Absolutely thrilled with RDS Windows! David and Shannon were a pleasure to work with friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. David went the extra mile with multiple site visits and thoughtful answers to all our questions. The window installation turned out perfect, and the siding repair was beautifully done. Shannon got right back with me and measured my house for new windows and doors as soon as the weather allowed. She gave me 2 quotes and found a French Door on sale at a fabulous price. The turnaround time for delivery was exactly as she stated and Daryl and his crew did a fabulous job on the installation of 5 oversize windows, a standard window and the French Doors. He even pointed out a threshold problem my contractor had done that needed to be corrected or my back door was going to rot. She is now working with me on my own residence to update my original windows that have no insulation and has already been out to measure and give me a quote. Fantastic company to work with excellent installation. 5 Stars!!

Shannon and her crew were great to work with! Her team was professional, courteous, and worked quickly. We had all the windows replaced, a new sliding glass doorinstalled, and a storm door put in and are happy with the quality. Our AC unit was really struggling to keep our house cool, but there is a big difference afterward, even in the Texas summer heat!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
RDS is very competitive in pricing and offers great value to your window project. We work with all budgets and take credit cards as well as offer financing to qualified customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with the customer to discuss their project. Define what their goals are as far as the window installation and discuss the budget of the project. We then Schedule a time for Us to come out and get a measure on the windows and show the customer some samples of the windows we offer. We are not a high pressure company so we just give an estimate if possible onsite. We follow up with a proposal and detailed information of the product as well as warranty information. When the customer decides to move forward all that needs to happen is sending over a signed proposal and funds. (We accept checks, credit cards and do offer financing for qualified customers). Once funds are received we order the windows. When the windows come in we schedule with the customer for install. We are an installation company and the value of our installation is of the highest quality. We provide a year warranty on the labor and consider our customer a life long customer.

Our installers have over 20 years of experience installing windows and doors and install with the same quality every time. We are Lead certified and Pella Certified.
