- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the square footage of the area, the type of service, and the materials you choose. Every yard is different, so prices can go up or down depending on things like access, prep work, and the style of turf or rock, pavers etc. you want. We always provide clear, upfront estimates so you know exactly what you’re paying for before we commence work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your project and what you’re looking for. From there, we schedule a site visit, take measurements, and walk you through material options. We usually will then go back to our office and work on the plans and quote to try and source the best prices of product from our vendors. Alls, we require next to get the project started is an approved quote with the deposit paid. Once you approve the estimate, we'll give you a shout and schedule a date that works for the client to do the install and handle everything from prep to installation to cleanup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive years of experience with artificial turf installation, decorative rock design, and paver work from the projects I've helped manage over the years. We stay up to date on modern installation techniques to make sure your yard looks great and lasts for years.
