They did a great job to replace the faucet in my kitchen. Very professional.
Thank you Jonathan for doing a quick job on our demo. The work was done neatly and your punctuality was helpful in expediting other trades contractors. Thank you so much. I will save your number and call on you anytime I need work done in the future.
Removed popcorn ceiling from main bathroom. They did a good job.
Juan was great. I am extremely pleased with how my bathroom turned out. He painted, and updated the commode, vanity, mirror, lighting and flooring in less than 2 days. When we ran into an unexpected issue due to the builder-grade plumbing, he had someone at my house immediately to take care of the problem. He is competitively priced and I will definitely use his services on other projects in my home.
As a homeowner, contractors make me nervous and hesitant. Not just because of the cost although that is a major factor. But in terms of how will they treat your home during the project, and will they make your vision come to life. Chase is the contractor that literally cares about your home; your vision; and your concerns. Don't let his "Babyface" fool you! I am convinced that this young man is an old soul. Your concerns throughout the process are his and trust ,if your don't like something he and his fabulous "A-Team" will address the matter in a very professional manner. He stands by his mission of quality and cost-effectiveness. Chase does his best to make the project as stress-free as possible. For me, collaborating with him a la my vision and his expertise are adventures not projects, and we are now on the threshold of "Adventure #3" as he has been working on my home since last month. Chase is a premier remodel designer and I would request his insight and expertise on any future home project/adventure! Cheers, C.Milan-Pack
Manuel, Handyman Walls, and his crew did an excellent job on this project which consisted of removing popcorn ceiling, retexturing and patching up the ceiling and walls. When you hire Manuel, you get someone that is diverse and has the ability to do things that are beyond the typical paint job. He was able to come up with solutions for some issues I wanted to address. He was able to take out an old return air filter vent of an unusual size and replace it with a new one of a normal size that required a little structural change. He finished out the tile in a bathroom and redid the thresholds. Installed some new fans as well. All of this was done in a timely manner. Manuel is flexible, competent, has a good eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering a fine quality of work.
Fina Ross guided us through a major remodel of our master bath, giving us the unique, old world style retreat that we always wanted. We love it every day. We have even had visitors who come back to our house with friends just to show them our bathroom. Other contractors lacked the vision, creativity, artistry and know how help us, and Fina Ross stood out right away as a contractor willing to go the extra mile and bring ingenuity, craftsmanship, and cost-consciousness to a big project. She spent hours walking us through choices and drawing sketches until we had exactly the look we wanted. She wraps design skills into every step of her projects at no extra charge, and that alone puts her head and shoulders above the rest. Additionally, she is relentlessly committed to customer satisfaction. She took every one of our phone calls, responded ot all emails, made herself available for meetings at any time that was convenient for us, AND applied the same level of service to the few minor issues we had after the job was finished and after she and been fully paid.
Very patient. Explains everything if you need him to....Works til he gets the job done. Very patient....purposely reiterated. Respects what you want but also provides valuable advice if your choice is not the best choice for the project. My place was a mess...he got me all fixed up....Other contractors said my job was too small for them...but after meeting Rene showing him what was needed, he took the job anyway cause he 'wanted to help'. I have a bigger project is pending. Now after seeing his work....the bigger project sitting on the back burner is already his! Super pleasant and friendly as well! Couldn't be happier.
We are very pleased with the look of our bathroom. Felipe was easy to work with and did his best to make sure we got the design we wanted. We received quotes from several contractor between $8,500 to $43,000. Felipe quote was not the lowest but in the range we thought was reasonable for our size bathroom. Our project had several set backs which were no ones fault: The tub filler we selected had a design flaw, which required some redesign. The sink drains didn't work the way we hoped and had to order replacements. The tub showed up with a crack and we had to order a replacement. Felipe worked with us through each issue and did his best to guide us to a solution. One of the great things about working with Filipe was the fact he knows some very good subcontractors. The company he recommended to do the show glass, did a great job at half the cost other companies quoted for the same work. Plus we got a lifetime warranty on the glass and workmanship. With every project there's always the 90/10 rule. 90% of the work is straight forward and fairly easy to complete. The rest of the work is more tedious and requires time. There were a couple of areas I thought the work could have been better: The pony wall tile was not cut straight and left ragged grout edges (picture). The retexturing could have been better if not rushed (picture). The caulking around the tub, particularly behind the tub was very poorly done. For the price, I really don't have anything to complain about. This was our first project hiring a contractor to do a project. We learned some important lessons. 1) Create a check list of work items. This will help make sure there are no disagreements on what is and isn't part of the contract. 2) Inspect the work regularly. It's only your fault if the works not done correctly. 3) Don't pay until the work is done to your satisfaction. 4) Get everything in writing including the warranty. I can't say enough how happy we are with the new bathroom. I have other property in Austin and I will use Felipe for future projects.
Mario is AMAZING!! I hired him and his employees to tile my bathroom floor to ceiling. As is often the case with a remodel, when walls were exposed, the design had to change. Mario rolled with it and helped in every way he could. Whether it was ordering and picking up tile, unexpected electrical work, changes in design, or just to check in, Mario's communication is off the charts. I always knew what was going on, what was changing, and it was always so clear that my satisfaction was his top priority. When the job was finished to my satisfaction, there was one small section of textured wall that Mario wasn't happy with, so he stopped by (himself) before work to make sure it was right. This is a great company and they will be my first call the next time I need similar services.
We had a non-functioning dryer outlet and an upstairs bathroom outlet not working. Mark and his partner did a great job diagnosing the root causes, explaining them to us, and repairing them in a timely manner. Even with a trip to Home Depot, they were done in about two hours. They were extremely polite and professional, asking our permission before taking any new step. They were also personable and fun to talk to. Most importantly, the total cost ended up being much less than I feared. I highly recommend The Noz Group!
Very clean. Did what he said he was going to do. Reliable. He can fix most anything. He was very smart in fixing the door and bathroom and gave great advice. Very happy with the work done. And everything looks straight.
We hired Henson Home Solutions, LLC to do an extensive remodel of our home including new windows and trim, painting the entire interior, changing square room openings to beautiful archways, replacing all interior doors, adding ceiling lights to our dark living room and kitchen, installing beautiful barn doors between two bedrooms, and a total redo of our small outdated bathroom to make it look exactly like a picture I had fallen in love with. That included a beautiful tiled walk in shower that we just love. Henson Home Solutions is a great company to work with and we couldn't be happier with their work or give them a higher recommendation.
Not only does Lalo do excellent dry-wall he is an honest and sincere person. He is exceptionally reliable in a town where contractors consistently don't show up! He has done several jobs for me including a closet transformation into a mini bar. Promise you will love his work!
Tom is the handyman everyone is looking for. Polite, knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned up and painted my kitchen and bathroom after water damage which included removing popcorn ceiling and painting cabinets. He has shown expertise in every task. His prices are a little higher than some but his pride in perfection makes him worth every cent. I will never hire anyone else for any project since I met Tom.
Jarett has completed some work for me in the past. As a small business owner myself, I am impressed with his level of professionalism and he is a man of his word. There are too many contractors out there that over promise and under deliver and Jarett is just the opposite of that. He is a great choice for small or large jobs.
Did an amazing job, fixing our bathroom. Cant wait to have them work on the rest of the house!
Vinyl flooring repair. Work done very well at the price quoted. Called frequently with updates. Had to delay the work a few times due to other projects, but he communicated well and worked late to complete the project as soon as he could. Would hire him again.
I had a sudden water leakage from my bathroom faucet, which destroyed the ceiling of the unit below. Also, it turned out that there has been a gradual water leakage which significantly damaged the wooden subfloor structure. I interviewed three contractors including Ken (MD Contracting). One of them could not do it because the scale of the job was beyond his capacity and another one wanted to do a $1500-demolition just to give me a precise estimate. My neighbor found him through his employee who had a very positive experience with Ken. Ken ended up doing my bathroom and the unit below and he gave us reasonable quotes. He is professional and responded to my questions promptly (This was important because I live in NY, and he worked on my investment property in Austin, TX). I strongly recommend Ken as a general contractor, and I will contact him again if I ever need home improvement projects.
I was looking for a reliable vendor to assist with a bathroom renovation! Texas Home Specialist was quick to reply and come out to perform an in home estimate! The price was competitive and a bonus...THEY ARE VETERAN OWNED! The remodel was beautiful!
Heritage did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen and replacing my floors with engineered wood. Communication was the best I’ve ever experienced in a contractor. I will be using them again!! Thanks.
