I have always had a passion for helping people with computers, making the complex and often confusing world of technology a little less scary. In 2016 I embraced an opportunity to share my skills full-time and founded Open Road Network Services. Since then I have been offering clients a wide range of IT consulting services for a variety of industries, but always specializing in small business support.

I have found Ben to be the most serviceable and friendly computer provider in Georgetown. He is very good at assessing problems and resolving them promptly. He is a good listener, communicator and respectful of me, an aging senior, who lacks good computer skills. Also, when emergencies arise, I can count on Ben to carve out time so I can get my work out on time, too. I highly recommend Ben. He is excellent and a rare jewel in our universe.
