Currently I am employed as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Austin Community College. I teach; Basic Food Preparation, Sanitation and Safety, and Food Production.
I am a Certified Executive Chef with over 30 years of professional experience. Throughout my professional career, I have taught cooking to groups of individuals, in classroom settings and at private homes. Food has always been my passion, and my ability to teach others is my gift.

Thanks, Clement for making my Mother's Day Brunch a hit. I was hesitant at first not knowing him but was so impressed with Clement. He was on time, efficient, great food my family loved him. Left my kitchen the way he found it, did the shopping ,and cooking. Very well prepared can't wait to do it again. Loved the experience we had with him.

Chef Clement worked so well with my son. He had great knowledge and was always willing to teach what he needed help with. Excellent chef!! I highly recommend him to work with any family. If you are in need of a chef to provide cooking classes, Chef Clement is the one!! All around great personality, understanding and kind.
