The main power was out on the home from another contractors error. Cassidy arrived earlier than stated, inspected the issue, communicated about the repair and did exactly what he said he would do. The other contractor damaged the main line. Cassidy had the power back on within the hour. What a life saver as a big party was planned for the next day.
