- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only have standard pricing on fan installations of $75 each. We do not have a standard set of pricing on new installations due to the challenges of each project that we complete. Some are very simple and require little work and some are very difficult and require much more thought and experience to complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process would start with A visit to the project and see how I can help the customer. The customer needs to feel comfortable with communicating with the contractor so my first thing would be to help them understand who I am and what I am about in the trade. I want them to feel confident in our skills, quality, experience, and I want them to feel safe.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had several years of training in the electrical industry. Ranging from a four-year apprenticeship school all the way up to motor controls and OSHA training. All in all I have had more than 10 years of training in the industry.
