Introduction: Fire and Ice Catering is the culinary delight of award-winning chefs -- TJay Maclaskey and Cheyne Maclaskey -- with coordinating direction from Carol and Chase Maclaskey. We are a family team who have worked in the culinary world for more than a combined 40 years. Fire and Ice Catering offers off-site catering for weddings, birthdays, company parties and more. We offer a wide variety of menus with selections catered to your budget. Our chefs are classically trained and will give you the option of reviewing menus they have created or help create a menu customized to your event. No event is too small or too big; we'll come equipped with serving staff, bartenders, and the equipment needed to provide the best experience. We also offer a variety of specialty vintage china to help create the ambiance for your event. Did we also mention that one of us is an internationally award-winning ice sculptor? We have the ability to make your event the whole package by offering top-notch food, a beautiful ice sculpture and even customized invitations. For more information, please contact us back with more information about your event. Please visit our website or Facebook page for more information. To give you a little background on us, we're the Maclaskeys: A family of four who have built and renovated much of our newest venture -- Dimebox Ballroom, a venue space by hand. We're a family of artists (quilters, graphic designers, ice sculptors, chefs, painters, and sculptors), and we work to infuse every aspect of the space with our vision and artistic sensibilities. The daughters, Cheyne and Chase, have lived in the Austin area for over a decade where they would often commute back to their hometown of Montgomery (just north of Houston) to help run events at TJ and Carol's event space, Fire and Ice Hall (a beautiful, large tin building that was once a Sinclair Oil pumping station at the turn of the 20th century). In the late summer of 2013, the Maclaskeys sold their property and fulfilled a longtime dream of moving to the Texas Hill Country and continue the family business with Cheyne and Chase at the helm. The place would be Dimebox Ballroom, at Fire and Ice Hall, in beautiful and historic Georgetown, Texas. We are planning to have three venues, Fire and Ice Hall (the largest), Dimebox Ballroom (the mid-sized) and Gypsy Camp (the outdoor space). Dimebox Ballroom is the first of these venues to be finalized and was ushered in with a very special wedding -- Chase's!
