He was very nice and conversational upon arrival, discussing my dog and pets in general. He asked to use our bathroom which made me a little uncomfortable, and I had to go in there to clean it first as I have young children. I would prefer he had used the restroom on his way somewhere as I don't like to let strangers use our bathroom, but I of course allowed it. I didn't realize this pro is based in Liberty Hill, so he mentioned to me that he drove an hour, after he had completed the job and we were discussing payment. I don't know why he would accept a job so far from his home base. His rate states $65/hour, yet he told me that he does jobs at a $100 minimum, when I asked why he was charging me $100 to install the dishwasher when he hadn't even been at our house but for 45 minutes. Then he offered $75 for the job, but I told him I will honor the $100 minimum. He never provided a quote or let me know his minimum payment before he arrived, which would have been appreciated. I was assuming he would charge the hourly rate, as listed on Thumbtack. However, his quality of work was excellent, he basically just screwed in our dishwasher on the sides to install it beneath our countertop so that it doesn't roll out during loading/unloading. It was a very easy job, I just feel like he overcharged us.

I was skeptical at first as people kept telling me I was going to be overcharged for low quality service and I almost believed them as it’s happened so much in other things I needed done around the house, I’ve dealt with the worst service in just about everything, but Terry has restored my faith! There are still some professionals out there that not only know what they are doing, but do it with 5 star quality service!!! Thank you so much Terry! My house looks amazing. Terry is my only go to until I move back to Vegas.

We had Terry do a tile backsplash for us and it came out amazing! Terry was very professional, always on time knew what he was doing. He explained the processes in detail and we are very happy with the end results. We will diffanitly us him in the future!
