- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I wanted to walk you through how I handle projects like yours so you know exactly what to expect: My Simple 5-Step Process: 1. Free On-Site Measure I’ll come to your home at a time that works for you (usually 15–45 minutes). I’ll take measurements, photos, and discuss exactly what you want done. 2. Written Quote Within 24 hours I’ll send you a clear, fixed-price quote with a detailed scope of work, timeline, and what’s included. No surprises. 3. Agreement & Scheduling Once you approve the quote, we’ll sign a simple agreement and I’ll collect a deposit (usually 30–50% for larger jobs). Then I’ll order materials and lock in your start date. 4. Do the Work I show up on time, work cleanly, and keep you updated with daily progress photos or texts. I always clean up at the end of each day. 5. Final Walkthrough & Payment We’ll walk through the finished job together. After you’re 100% happy, you pay the remaining balance. I also offer a 1-year workmanship warranty. My goal is to make the whole experience stress-free and professional. Most of my clients in the Georgetown area tell me this process gives them peace of mind.

Hands-on, field-trained professional with 18 years of direct experience in home flipping, full renovations, and repairs (since 2008). I’ve personally renovated and flipped dozens of residential properties, gaining deep expertise in: * Structural repairs and framing * Drywall installation & finishing * Interior & exterior renovations * Electrical and plumbing rough-ins / finish work * Kitchen & bathroom remodels * Flooring, painting, trim work, and finishing My training comes from years of real-world, high-volume project experience — learning directly from challenging jobs, problem-solving on-site, and consistently delivering quality results that increase property values. I stay current with best practices through ongoing trade workshops, manufacturer training, and code updates in the Williamson County / Central Texas area. Licensed & Insured General Contractor (Georgetown Registered).
