He responded to me immediately, and was always timely getting me material! As soon as I sent him the deposit, he immediately had instrumental music for my songs ready to go on the same day! He sent me multiple options of instrumentals, and was willing to help me with my vocals too! Highly recommend!
Before you make any decision to go to someone else I suggest you take a look here first. Alex is the producer at lunchroom Audio and I have worked with him many times now. Every single time I have been there I have recieved the absolute best service possible. The place is comforting and awesome but also Alex is chill and makes you feel right at home. Getting your songs recorded to exactly what you want is what you get. I would recommend to anyone who is serious about recording and making music to a professional lever goes to see Alex.
Jake at Urban Grooves Productions is an outstanding mixer, producer & arranger. He is very creative and goes above and beyond to make his clients satisfied. He is very considerate of artists needs and wants. I've worked with him for years now and he's always been very professional. I would recommend Jake and Urban Grooves Productions to musicians of all genres.
Jason's got a great ear for details, and is a good acting director, too. I'm only as good as my director, and he got some better performances out of me while recording this demo. Great setup for both VO and music, too!
We hired Taylor to produce a song our daughter wrote. He was very professional from the moment I contacted him. He communicated with us quickly and often, and sent us ideas within 1 day. He quoted a very reasonable budget, and stuck to it. He had a lot of fantastic ideas that improved the song. When we met with him in his studio, he didn't waste time, but started working the minute we arrived. There are a lot of talented musicians, but it is rare to find one who has talent, AND knows how to run a business. Taylor is one of those! We look forward to working with him again on other projects.
Dream Harbor Studios is a great place to produce your music. I've worked on various projects over the years with them and I can't think of a better studio to take my music to. The productions come out just how I want them every time and Chris (the producer) has always given special care to make sure that I can produce the songs with him instead of just taking the project to himself and figuring it out. I think this a real plus and hard to find in this line of work.
I am an Minneapolis based choreographer and artistic director of a dance company by the name of STRONGmovement. I had the opportunity to work with Animal Abstrakt on a 35min production that was performed in July of 2017. Collaborating with Animal Abstrakt was an amazing experience, he was able to make my vision come to reality with the sound scape he created tailored to the piece I created. This was my first time producing a show were the music was specifically tailored for the movement on stage. All three show sold out, we had about a total of 2000 audience members and had nothing but great feedback about the vibe and power of the show. Thank Animal Abstrakt.
J The Producer has a great sound. His music is unlike any other. Love it!
I am an unknown in the music business; but my first CD was the culmination of a lot of hard work and the realization of a lifetime dream. Jeff at AudioIntegrity treated my songs with respect and mastered them as if he were working for a megastar with a known track record. He was attentive to my feedback and patient with my inexperience. A thoroughly professional job and I would highly recommend his mastering services.
In all my years (over 20) in recording music both live and studio work, I have yet to work with a producer/musician/engineer that has surpassed or even come close to equating to John Bamber (JB Recording). I would recommend him to anyone both locally or from afar to consider him on just about any project - jingles, voice overs, full albums, EPs and beyond!
We've been working with Ron Flynt at Jumping Dog Studios for many years with great results! We have also referred many people to Jumping Dog Studios for recording and mixing music. Ron is a caring consummate professional, as well as a great musician himself. We highly recommend him and Jumping Dog Studio in Austin Texas.
Aaron Glemboski is absolutely fantastic. I read a book titled "Quintessential Cool People to Make Your Music Sound Awesome" and Aaron Glemboski was the only name listed in it. Ever since then, I knew he was right for my project. In all seriousness, I found out about him from Thumbtack! I called a few people, and they either were not very friendly and obviously didn't love their job anymore or they seemed too old-fashioned in their ways. I can't deal with not friendly for obvious reasons, and I can't do old-fashioned because, well, my music is electronic. Which is anything BUT old fashioned! I saw Aaron's website, and I thought, 'Goodness me, there's no way that I'll be able to afford this man's work. His website is so ridiculously cool and professional looking!'. I called him anyways. He was SO easy to talk to, and he had a sense of humor while still keeping me on-topic (which is difficult). I then asked of his price, and it was very reasonable! THAT is when I really knew he was the right guy for the job. At first, my project was going to be folk. Which was perfect because he does a lot of folk/alternative rock stuff. I then switched my album to be electronic, and I won't lie. I totally wondered "Can Aaron do this? This isn't exactly his specialty." Well he proved me DEAD wrong, because everything has come out spectacularly. If you are folk, he's perfect for you. If you are rock, he's perfect for you. Rap? Perfect. Classical? Perfect. Alternative Punk Polka Electronic with Carribean influence? He's perfect for you. Another thing, is my voice is extremely dynamic. It's just really difficult to record. Of course, Aaron has no problem with it. He's always on time. He emails back very quickly, and works in a speedy manner. He always genuinely cares about your music, and if you like the mix or not. He knows a ton of musicians that are ready to do studio work for you, and has many other resources to share with you. He gives great advice when you want it, and doesn't when you don't want it. But you should always want his advice because he knows what he's talking about. Also he's funny, and just a great person. Pretty much the coolest person ever. Seriously, just stop what you're doing and call him. Or email him if you have social anxiety issues.
Talk about lucky! The Captain hooked it up proper. Nice comfy space to make music and excellent hospitality. Not to mention the dude got mad skillz. I never sounded better in my life. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Can't wait to do it again!
Miles DJ'd my party. He played a mix of hip hop and dance music. He was great and keep the crowd dancing!
Deuce helped me produce several electro-pop songs. He was very good about listening to exactly what I wanted, and was able to work around my creative style. He improved my arrangements, and added much-needed dynamics to my tracks. He's a gifted musician, and sensitive to his clients' artisic needs.
I recently recorded a demo with Krysti, and it was absolutely AWESOME. I lived in New York City for 2 years and worked with producers & sound engineers in penthouse-floor studios that record the likes of Kanye, Madonna, John Legend, etc. And honestly... What I got from Subieta Studios sounded just as great, if not better, than demos I recorded up there. (And it was SO much more affordable here!) Krysti rocks, it's truly wonderful to work with someone who understands the mechanical, musical and emotional aspects of the the recording process!
Nick is wonderful! He helped me write and produce my first album. He is very knowledgeable with editing & mixing music and is very creative with songwriting. He is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help with any part of songwriting, from the creative process all the way thru the production end.
Jay Aaron Podolnick produced my debut record "Rosebud." His dedication and talent were evident throughout each stage of this intensive process. His eye, or ear in this case, for detail are precise and focused. Jay is very passionate about music and takes his work to heart. On top of his excellence in his craft is a wonderful and honest person. If you are reading this and considering working with Jay, I recommend you listening to the work he did with me. Despite whether you like my music or not, I'm sure you find the production of this work to be on an extremely high level. He is a sonic guru to be sure.
I have been recording and producing music for nearly eight years. When you take into consideration the fact that I am only nineteen, certain questions usually come to mind: Could he be any good? Does he have much experience? Has he worked with any established names? The answer to all these, in my opinion, is "yes". At only nineteen, I have had the pleasure to work with a number of signed bands, including The Maine (Warner), Brighten, This Century, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Bless the Fall, and more. I would say my knack for harmony and arrangement, along with my ability to see the "total picture", is what separates me from other producers and engineers of all ages. I aim to make recordings come to life, to give the artist everything he wants and more. I strive to push artists to their full potential and accept nothing less than perfection. Education I graduated from Desert Mountain High School, class of 2009. I left in December of my senior year to pursue recording records full time (although I left, I did leave with a diploma). The past From the age of 14 to 17, I recorded nearly fifty artists in my mother's house in North Scottsdale. When I left high school, I felt it was time to move to a more professional working environment. I started working for Bordur Studios (Tempe, AZ). There, I had my first run in's with a label band, and learned the virtues of honest hard work and determination. I am an Austin based musician who has been dedicated to the teaching and production of music since 1990. Let me know what your goals are.
My career began in Memphis, Tennessee, at Easley-McCain Recording. I credit most of my studio education to Doug Easley and Davis McCain as I learned the relaxed, supportive recording style known in Memphis as a mix of hands-on production balanced by open, creative interaction with musicians. I began as an intern and became the studio manager during my seven years in Memphis. I worked with notable local bands The Grifters, Reigning Sound, Big Ass Truck and The Oblivians and out-of-town bands The White Stripes, Rocket From the Crypt, The Spinanes, Jets to Brazil, The Promise Ring among others. In 2002, I moved to Dallas, Texas and began freelancing in studios in Texas, across the United States, Canada and the UK. In 2007, I bought a 1940's storefront building in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas. I designed and built the studio, Elmwood Recording. In 2012, I moved to Austin, Texas, where I recently finished building a mixing studio. My latest projects include producing the newest releases from The Baptist Generals, Black Joe Lewis and engineering songs for Polyphonic Spree and East Cameron Folklore. Over the last few years, I've been fortunate to win a Grammy for mixing Loretta Lynn's Van Lear Rose, to work with Cat Power on The Greatest and Jukebox, Modest Mouse's Good News for People who Love Bad News, The Walkmen's Bows and Arrows, Phosphoresent's Here's To Taking It Easy and Riverboat Gamblers' Smash Grab and The Wolf You Feed.
