When making a review on Thumbtack you are given the option to choose up to three items that a company excelled at. I wish it would have allowed me to highlight all five options for Bodden's Subcontractors (Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value, and Punctuality).
They were lightning fast to respond and come out for a quote. I posted the project on Thumbtack yesterday, and not only did he come out for a quote an hour later, but the project was done the next day. This was also the best communication I've ever had. They were on time when they said they would be, and gave me text updates all along the way.
But most importantly to me, they were kind. The removal of the tree was something that needed to be done, but I was sad to go ahead with. They could tell and were compassionate throughout the process. I look forward to hiring Bodden's Subcontractors again in the future and will recommend them to everyone.
