Introduction: My journey started with a mystical experience (samadhi) at age 15. After many years of practice and study, I was inspired to teach meditation and yoga in 2018 to honor my spiritual awakening 🙏🏼. The practices that I offer are largely inspired from personal insights and realizations. That includes guided meditations, classical yoga postures, AUM mantra, breathing techniques similar to that of Kriya Yoga, and much more. The simple goal of OAM is to re-establish your connection with Inner Voice, Inner Conscious, or in Christian terms, Holy Ghost. Without your connection to this infinite intelligence within your being, we see stress, anxiety, depression, and an "over active mind", where there should be peace, clarity, and joy. Simply being connected to that intelligence is the most life-transforming gift you can give yourself. Truly priceless. There are many ways to re-establish this relationship, and what I offer is only one path that happens to use meditation.

I had an amazing experience practicing yoga with Chase. It was the first class I ever attended and he was very informative. I walked away knowing a lot more information and having a better general view on why yoga is and how it works. Not only was it that, but it was also super fun! Everyone is treated the same. I warm up to you, befriend you, make you feel at home, ensure you are ready to learn! I ask what your needs are, what brings you in and what you want to accomplish. It's a very human interaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied with Sadhguru and Isha Foundation. I have also been certified by School of Positive Transformation for Meditation and Mindfulness. With over 1000 hours of meditation practice and hundreds of hours of teaching, I have created an access point for a dimension beyond the mind.
