- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
please contact me for exact pricing. My quote is for 1 day a week and includes travel time and gas. My price can be lower for multiple days and/or less travel time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person to see if our personalities are a good fit. My intent is to get to know as much about my client as possible regarding previous and current exercise activities/successes, etc. We discuss dietary issues (if any) and if we are a good fit, we set workout days and overall plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BFA in modern and jazz dance from the University of Texas, 1985. I am also a Kinesiology professor for Austin Community College since 1995. I teach many different courses including cardio conditioning, weight training, yoga, stretch/flex, and jogging and conditioning. I am a certified group fitness, personal trainer and yoga instructor. I am also CPR/First Aid/AED certified. I have managed many fitness programs in various clubs and corporations over the years and have been personal training my clients in their homes since 1993. I am also the co owner of cancmovementfactory.
