FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and competitive for the area. Weekly pool cleaning typically starts at an affordable monthly rate based on pool size and condition, and standard chemicals are included in regular service. We don’t charge hidden fees, and we’re happy to provide a quick estimate upfront after learning a few details about your pool. Filter cleanings and repairs are priced separately since they depend on the equipment type, but we offer preferred pricing for customers who sign up for ongoing weekly service. We also run seasonal new-customer promotions from time to time - feel free to ask what’s currently available. Our goal is to provide reliable service at fair pricing without surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is structured, thorough, and designed to give homeowners complete peace of mind. We begin with a brief consultation via phone or in-person for cleaning or repairs to understand your the equipment setup, and any current concerns. Based on that, we provide a clear, tailored service recommendation. On the first visit, we perform a comprehensive cleaning and water balance, along with a detailed equipment inspection to ensure everything is operating properly. If we identify any potential issues, we provide clear recommendations before proceeding with any additional work. Ongoing service includes consistent weekly maintenance, proactive equipment monitoring, and transparent communication so you’re never left guessing about the condition of your pool. Our focus is long-term reliability, preventative care, and maintaining a clean, safe, guest-ready pool year-round.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained and certified in pool maintenance, water chemistry management, and equipment repair. We follow industry best practices to ensure pools are balanced safely, filtration systems are operating efficiently, and equipment is properly maintained. In addition to weekly maintenance, we are experienced in diagnosing and repairing pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, and any other pool, hot tubs, water feature equipment. Understanding both the mechanical and chemical sides of pool care allows us to identify small issues early and prevent costly breakdowns. We stay current with modern pool systems, variable-speed pumps, automation controls, and updated sanitation methods, and we follow manufacturer guidelines to help protect equipment warranties. Our focus is not just cleaning pools, hot tubs and water features - it’s maintaining safe water, protecting your investment, and providing reliable, professional service you can trust.
