We had several windows replaced by Maverick. The sales rep and the installation crew were both helpful and informative. The installation process was fairly quick and they did a good job cleaning up.

Got the windows for a decent price considering the current market. Freddy and his team installed them within four hours. Solid people. Sales people Cole and Jimmy are awesome. I can tell the difference in inside temp regulation and the frame is black.

Maverick Windows recently installed 21 NT Windows and 3 sliding doors also made by NT. We are very happy with the quality of the windows by NT. However the workmanship of the installation is almost more important than any brand of window. The crew at Maverick did an amazing job. From install to clean up, they are very professional and it's obvious that they have a lot of experience, and it really shows! A week or so after the install, we got a surprise visit from Steve Greene the director of sales. He wanted to just stop by and make sure everything was satisfactory and make sure we were happy with the work Maverick had done. This kind of Company (one that actually values it's customers) is a rare find these days. We highly recommend Maverick Windows if you're looking for the best there is!

Recently replaced all my windows and my sliding back door with this company and I have no complaints here! They did an excellent job upgrading my windows for a way cheaper price than that other Power company quoted me. They look so good and open even smoother. Would definitely recommend these guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer affordable lifetime windows, and we can sell many different styles and brands. Think 1/2 to 1/3 of the price of some well known window companies that offer lifetime windows. Expect between $800-$1400 depending on size, color, style, double, triple pane etc. We offer multiple financing options and can work with your budget. We do not charge for credit card and offer extra discounts for cash/credit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an 30-60 min. initial design consultation to get a feel of what you want. We bring samples and show before and after photos to see what might be the best fit for your home while meeting your goals. If we are your company of choice, our proposal becomes a contract and the formal process begins. Once the contract is signed the seasoned measure tech will show up roughly 5 days later to make precise measurement for ordering and also answering any last minute questions (he will also be your point of contact after the sale for any warranty requests). Typically it is 5-6 weeks from final measure that we show up to install the windows. 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Management from Texas Tech and over a decade in the construction industry. The leadership team has a combined over 50 years in the home improvement industry.
