- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a standard pricing per square foot for the window pane. The labor can vary depending on the location of the window
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to get a scope of the job over the phone. If I can get enough information over the phone I can give the homeowner an idea of the cost. We also offer free in-home estimates as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 42 years of experience. I moved to Texas 20 years ago from California. I still carry a California state contractors license for window repair. This type of license is not easy to acquire. You have to have extreme knowledge in your profession in order to acquire one of these licenses.
