Wow we were in a bind looking for someone to install an AC window unit in a tricky little spot. Paul was responsive, and fortunately his schedule open up so he showed up within 30min. I contacted Paul early afternoon with an emergency problem at my elderly mom's place. He responded promptly and the job was completed around 6:30 that same evening. Working with Paul is a delight that I was not expecting. Not only is he knowledgeable - but also very easy-going and keeps a positive attitude when setbacks occur. When we went to do what was going to be a straightforward toilet swap - it then became clear that the old toilet was cemented to the floor, and the project was going to be much more involved. Paul took it all stride - he understood how to troubleshoot and went the extra mile to pick up additional parts from the hardware store and worked late to complete the job. The quality of the work was high as well. All in all - he is a pleasure to work with and will definitely be using him again
