I've been gluten intolerant for most of my life. I'm also a terrible cook. As a result, maintaining a healthy, wholesome diet is a constant challenge. Samantha not only has me eating well but has taught me so much about how to make healthy food taste amazing. Her menu planning and preparation has also saved me a lot of time and headaches. She really took the time to personalize her service for me. She's opened up a whole new culinary world for me, and I couldn't happier or more thankful!
So far I have only had a few things from Aszha's Cottage Bakery but what I did have was awesome. The Pumpkin Loaf is so moist and fresh tasting. I plan on buying a few chocolate pecan pies for Thanksgiving from her. She is quick in responding back to messages.

I asked for a taco cake, and I received more than just a taco cake... Kim was so sweet and easy to work with. She worked with my budget and shared her creative ideas to deliver the biggest wow factor to our party guests. I don't think anyone left the party without taking a photo of that marvelous creation. Not only did it look incredible, but it tasted incredible!!! Her fondant is definitely the most delicious fondant I've ever tasted. Usually it carries a heavy and neutral flavor. This one delivered so much more. I have recommended two people to Kim's Lovely Treats and they were definitely not disappointed.

Rina is super courteous and professional. She delivered on what she promised. She made an Angry Birds Race cake and Angry Birds cakepops for our son's 5th birthday. The cake was made to perfection in looks and in taste. The Cake pops were so cute. Rina is very flexible on flavors and she can make any design that is requested. The last bu tthe most important is the pricing. Rina makes outstanding cakes at reasonable prices. Unlike other custom bakers who are so overpriced , that people end up getting cakes from HEB or Costco, Rinas cakes are value for money. Her cakes are fresh, homemade and delicious. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her for my next party.

I've been in the food industry business since i was fifteen years old. So, fifteen years has gone by, and I'm still at it. Ever since then, I've been continuing (and will always continue) to pursue in this field. I have been working in all vast ranges of different kitchens, establishments, festivals and so forth. By doing so, I've gained a great deal of knowledge, respect and appreciation towards everything that has to do with this extraordinary realm --the realm of food; the realm of endless creativity! When it comes to what sort of food, recipes, region(s) or baked goods (artisan breads, sculpted cakes, wedding cakes and much more) that I make or could make, I have no limits of any sorts. I am very broad in my horizons with the reason being this is my being/passion: to be able to always enjoy doing something new and fresh. That's always intriguing. Chef On the Go is my catering side project that I'm invested in. Basically, I'll do catering events from anywhere between 250 a head or 15 a head. I do festivals and events as well. I had learned a lot from being the head chef/private chef for a sorority house from Monday through Friday. I prepare, cook, and make menus for over 25 girls for their lunch and dinner. Chef Hannah catered my 50th Birthday Brunch Party in February, & it couldn't have been any better! The Baked Hashbrown Egg Nests were a HUGE hit! We had the most delicious Mimosas with Fresh squeezed Orange juice, & I can't stop thinking about the Sweet Potato Chorizo Fritatta & those Breakfast Sausage Cinnamon Rolls with yummy Maple icing!! She had her own, fun twist on classic dishes that made everything such a huge hit. Everyone had a blast, & she was so friendly & warm to all of us. I will definitely have her cater my next party. She cooks with love & you can taste it in her food.

Erika made cupcakes for our wedding (we substitute cup cakes instead of a big wedding cake) and they were delicious!!! Hands down they were some of the best cupcakes we ever had.
