My initial response from Sean of Paragon was not only timely, Sean was helpful in answering my questions and concerns. I was in search of service for my elderly mother and wanted to ensure the team was going to be able to not just service her property, but answer her questions in plain English. She appreciated the interaction she had with Steven. He was professional, covered his shoes before walking in her home (this was a bonus for her), talked to her about her concerns and after application, shared the next steps with her. We keep our pricing straightforward and competitive for pest control services in the Grand Prairie and DFW area. The price shown on Thumbtack is usually a starting point, since cost depends on the size of the home and the type of pest, such as ants, roaches, rodents, or termites. We offer free inspections for most services so we can give you an accurate quote before any work is done. We also run seasonal promotions and referral discounts when available, and once you move forward, your price will not change.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free pest inspection whenever possible so we can identify the source of the issue. From there, we explain what we’re seeing and recommend the best treatment plan based on the type of pest and level of activity.
