- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge $200 flat plus tips. I can also suggest wine pairings for dinner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always around the kitchen with my grandmother growing up. Italian food especially. Most of my family is or was in food and beverage. We just love people.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do full-service bartending. I also do wine pairings for multiple course meals.
