My first time using Thumbtack and had great experience with Martin. I provided 3 bathroom vanity sink faucets and he completed the installations without any questions or concerns. We did run into issues with first set of hardware (Glacier Bay) I purchased because the quality of the material was very cheap (flimsy plastic). He was very patience and removed it when we were not happy with the product. Then patiently waited for me while I went back to Home Depot to return the hardware and purchase a better quality brand (Moen). I would definitely hire him again for any other handyman needs.
