I had Bamboo Floors installed at our house , Job Involved Removing Old Tiles , Baseboards , Carpet and installing new Bamboo Floors and reinstall of Baseboards for approx 1450 Square Feet . Every minute detail was taken care of and i am very happy with the installation service provided . I recommend hiring Majestic Hardwood for flooring installations .

I recently hired them for hardwood flooring of around 650 sq ft in my home. They did an excellent job and I am fully satisfied. They are very professional and the price is extremely reasonable. I would recommend them to my friends in future.

Terrible job done, Never work with these people. Actually people came to work cannot understand English. They took 90% of contracted payment and promised me they would come back on next weekend and finish but they never showed up. After spending 5 hours to trace them up (through thumbtack, cell phone calls and messages, thumbtack representatives) they finally said we will not able finish your job. Go with somebody else. They would have said the same on the day they took payment. Because of them i lost 10 days and have to pay 10 days extra rent to my current apartment and 10 days interest to my new home mortgage. To finish the left over job i have requested many professional personally (as they are refused to work on half done jobs) and paid more money. I discussed all requirements some through thumbtack and some requirements through mobile messages. They agreed to complete the job and when requested paper work they said no need sir we will do good job. They took all left over wood planks from the job site without asking me though i was there at job site. I moved 6 feet away all the wood planks that i need for future use from general trash area but they took them without asking and later when i spoke to them, promised to return but never return those pieces. Finally when i asked thumbtack to trace them back, they responded that they will not return those pieces.

First of all, 2 out of my 3 men crew are fluent english speakers. Full payment of amount agreed on is expected at the completion of the project. We do not make payment arrangements, we are a professional contracting company, and not a collection agency for partial payments. We do pick up all trash and leave the finished site free of trash, so therefore if those pieces of planks were cut up, they are considered trash. We do take pride in our job. We are not obligated under any circumstances to work for a client that refuses to pay as first agreed. My crew has been in this hardworking and creative trade 10 -15 years, therefore we take pride in our job.
