I appreciate how quickly Shelly and her team assisted me with cleaning my new home. There was a weird odor in the home. Shelly was able to try to source the smell right away and immediately got to work trying to remedy the situation. I look forward to having them come out and wash the walls once I’m ready to paint.
I am aware that cleaners like to listen to shows or music while they clean; having headphones would be my only suggestion for the team.

Shelley did a deep clean on our house before we moved in. She was super responsive and got everything our cleaning checklist. The baseboards, blinds and the place smelt great! She’s kind with great attention to detail. 10/10 would recommend.

First, I would like to say Keturah was very nice and respectful of my home which I really appreciated! Shelly the business owner was very responsive and accommodating to my schedule as well.
Overall, I rated the actual cleaning 3 stars for a few reasons. Although my house looked clean it was not actually CLEANED. Everything was sprayed and wiped down versus actually scrubbing and cleaning. I’m not sure if this was because I chose to do a standard cleaning instead of a deep cleaning? Nevertheless, I prefer a housekeeping service that is more thorough. My kitchen countertops still had stains and my dirty dishes were left in the sink. Instead of mopping my floors, she used a swiffer swiffer to spot mop. I really didn’t appreciate that.
The cleaning service does advertise 2 maids but only one showed up because Shelly said that she only sends 1 maid for apartment cleanings. Again, that was a disappointment and I feel added a significant time to the cleaning which lasted about 3+ hours. I keep my house pretty clean and hire a service to do cleanings once a month but for the time, quality of work and money spent I was left unsatisfied.
