- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes an engineer report, often times an on site inspection by the engineer, a city permit, a plumbing test following the foundation work, and a transferable warranty. We do offer various discounts, so please inquire for more information.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner is the 3rd generation of his family in the foundation repair industry in DFW, and has been in the business for over 20 years. What started out as a summer job has turned into a lifelong career, and it has been a very rewarding experience.

We work with home owners, real estate agents, potential buyers of a new home, commercial brokers, property managers, and more.
