Brian was very detailed in his inspection. I had concerns about some damage in my home and Pinnacle responded immediately to my request and got Brian out as soon as possible! He thoroughly inspected ALL areas of my house, not just the damage and provided an educational review of his findings (which I very much appreciated!). Not only was I fearful that I needed foundation work, he reassured me that his findings did not justify any work and provided all the information I would need in case I had any future concerns. 10/10 recommend!

Quick response and Quick turnaround. My only complaint is the care of my property while completing the work. They killed two of our bushes in the flower bed. They did not square off areas they working on. Anyone could have walked up and fallen into the huge, deep hole in front of our doorway. More care should be taken and when you damaged shrubs they should be replaced.

Our pricing includes an engineer report, often times an on site inspection by the engineer, a city permit, a plumbing test following the foundation work, and a transferable warranty. We do offer various discounts, so please inquire for more information.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner is the 3rd generation of his family in the foundation repair industry in DFW, and has been in the business for over 20 years. What started out as a summer job has turned into a lifelong career, and it has been a very rewarding experience.
