Welcome to Cordobe Solutions! We are a licensed and insured moving company with years of moving experience and we are registered with the Better Business Bureau. From studio apartments to five bedroom homes, we have done them all. We'd like to earn your business and show you how moving should be done. In addition to moving services, we also offer delivery and same building relocation services at a set flat-rate based on the number of items, delivery distance and ease of access. Our moving services include the following: 1) Breakdown and assembly 2) Loading and unloading 3) Transport from pickup to delivery locations 4) Moving tools, dollies, and moving blankets Our rates are competitively priced (see Q&A section) to help meet your moving budget. Our prices include a $10 booking fee, trip/fuel charge and an hourly moving rate. We require a two-hour minimum for all moves. Two man hourly rate is $90/hour for the crew (w/ one truck) Three man hourly rate is $105/hour for the crew (w/ one truck) Four man hourly rate is $120/hour for the crew (w/ one truck) Four man hourly rate is $170/hour for the crew (w/ two trucks) Our estimated job completion time-frames based on past performance and dwelling size are below. 1 Bedroom - 2 to 4 hours 2 Bedroom - 3 to 6 hours 3 Bedroom - 5 to 8 hours 4 Bedroom - 6 to 12 hours Please note that stairs, transit distance and long walks add time to the estimated moving time-frame. There is a 2 hour billing minimum (unless otherwise discussed). Billing after the first 2 hours will be in half hour increments. Accepted Payments: Payment for time and materials is due at the end of the job. We accept cash, checks and card payments. Card payments will incur a 3% processing fee. Payments in the form of a check that are returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $25 re-processing fee. Carrier's Liability: A household goods carrier's liability for loss or damage to any shipment is $0.60 cents per pound, per article. This is the basic insurance that will be provided by the household goods carrier for damages related to any shipment. Proof of additional insurance is required to be presented prior to the household goods carrier performing the service in order to get full or partial value replacement. We are not responsible for damage to electronics that are not transported in original or purchased packaging. Nicks and scratches to items not shrink wrapped at the customers request are not covered by household goods carriers insurance. The household goods carrier is not responsible for damages (not limited to rips, tears and water) to flooring or wall of laundry room caused by washer and dryer removal or installation.
