Introduction: Hi! I thoroughly enjoy helping others realize their athletic and health goals. I know it can seem daunting and maybe next to impossible after failed attempts to achieve the goals you have set for yourself but my mentality is that of consistency and longevity as I myself began the journey to good health a few years and quite a few pounds ago. To all my clients I am always only a phone call or message away with tips, advice, and support. From training, recovery and nutritional recommendations, I will take the time to make sure that you are adapting and progressing accordingly to your new lifestyle. I have also been a boxing instructor for the past two years and offer boxing and self defense to any and all who wish to learn how to apply the sweet science and boost self confidence.

Let me tell you...This man puts the personal in personal training!! Whatever your goals are – weight loss, boxing, stress relief, strength, cardio, motivation, education – David is your man! Not only has he helped me lose 30 pounds (and counting) but he has also introduced me to new and exciting routines! Biking might just be my new favorite thing!! I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever before!

I started with David only 3 months ago and see major changes in my body.. Being new to a lot of this fitness stuff David walked me through everything not only checking up on me daily But answering every phone call, txt message, every question he always has an answer... Always positive but very honest with me. He takes time to break everything down making sure I understand exactly what he means. He taught me how to build a healthy plate (as he would say)... Now Him and I have my whole family eating healthy 😁.. Happier and healthier than ever... Im proud to say I am so grateful that he is my personal trainer. I would recommend him to anyone. I am very happy I chose David as my trainer. He is knowledgeable of his field and makes sure I understand the way to a better lifestyle by teaching me the importance of proper form and adequate techniques. I had zero discipline before and since working out with him I have gotten better with my diet and and developed better physical habits. I have also lost some inches, which is the best. He gets to know you at a level that allows him to custom tailor a workout routine that fits your needs. I highly recommend him.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I train clients in blocks of either 30 mins or one hour. The rate for 30 mins is $30 and for one hour there is a $10 discount that equates to $50 an hour. I do drive out to clients with the addition of a small $10 fee to cover driving costs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I put all clients through movement assessments to identify problem areas in regards to longevity and health such as knee/hip problems and/or posture issues. After identifying these areas of needed improvements every session is dedicated to addressing and reducing the impact they have in clients daily lives while also pursuing the goals specific to each client.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have participated in fitness all my life and have a Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In regards to Boxing I have trained in Boxing for 6 years and have been a Boxing instructor for the past two years at S.W.E.A.T. Boxing and Training Facility.
