The Tabernacle team is AWESOME. High attention to detail mixed with TLC. Their approach to taking care of the property, the tenant, all the while protecting the needs of the property owner is greatly appreciated. I appreciate their approach to maintenance, having a maintenance team, verses outsourcing everything; they work together with me, as a property owner, to get the best price while ensuring the tenant is taken care of. The owner of the business, Nathan, is VERY knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I had a lot of questions as this was our first time buying a home. Even though there are many steps and lots of paperwork in the buying process, Nathan was patient and thorough to explain each step. We needed handholding, and Nathan was so helpful; it was definitely a positive experience! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will be coming back should we need his services again in the future.
