The Tabernacle team is AWESOME. High attention to detail mixed with TLC. Their approach to taking care of the property, the tenant, all the while protecting the needs of the property owner is greatly appreciated. I appreciate their approach to maintenance, having a maintenance team, verses outsourcing everything; they work together with me, as a property owner, to get the best price while ensuring the tenant is taken care of. If you want to be highly engaged or comfortable letting them handle it all, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good reliable property management company.
