From the very first message, Carlos was well spoken and professional. His business model is intuitive and just makes perfect sense. He wanted our business and let me know it was important to him. He came out right on time, even after an easy reschedule, and he was polite, respectful and well groomed. He understood my needs from the first explanation with zero argument. He has big Can Do energy and is customer service centric. He provided an easy-to-understand contract and allowed me to make changes to it as needed. He showed up for work exactly when he said he would. The BEST PART is the high-quality work and results. His team tackled the problem that was left by the former crew. It was a big job but they handled it without fanfare and required no further input from us. Their equipment is in great shape. They cut the lawn at the exact right height for the type of turf. The blades on their mower and trimmer was sharp and made clean cuts. They tackled the overgrown hedges and cut them into perfect razor sharp profile. They were here and gone in less than two hours and the entire big front and back yard looks magazine worthy and manicured. Zero mistakes. I know it will look better and better over time. I am absolutely thrilled to work with Diamond. We have many very old and large trees, and it’s wonderful to know Diamond is a tree specialist that can properly care for them along with the rest of the landscape. Hire them! I put them through rigorous pre-employment vetting so you don’t have to!
