We have been in the process of doing upgrades to our home since November. We met Eric in May and immediately hired him for the job. We replaced all of the old windows in our home with beautiful new energy efficient custom windows as well as door replacements. He was courtesy, friendly, and professional. They were really respectful of my schedule and accommodated me since I am currently working from home. He went over and beyond to make sure we had all we needed/wanted! We had a guest over in the midst of the install and he was so impressed with the work he asked for the contractor information and the project wasn't even finished! From install to clean up everything was top notch and hands down the BEST contractor experience we have had thus far. Thank you Eric, for everything!

We are Soo happy we went with ProTex! Loved that they are truly family owned and ran. Other companies advertise themselves as this but it's not our idea of family run where as Eric and his son with another individual I think his name is Sasha were at our house from beginning til the end actually doing the full install. They did a incredible job and worked through the weekend to get the job done so we could still go out of town the following week. Very careful with all the glass and closing doors when the windows were out which I really appreciated as we have pets and I noticed they took great care with that. The windows are great quality too and we were very pleased that we were able to get the screen door installed at the same time by the same manufacturer they use so it would all match with the windows. I will recommend them to everyone and the price they charged was very fair, too. Thx again guys!

I was blown away by the professionalism and the the value of the work! He kept me up to date on the ordering process of our windows and an installation date. We had two big picture windows installed in our house and ProTex had them re-ordered due to the fact that they were not up to his standard of quality. I appreciated this act seeing as most companies would go ahead with installation and move on to the next project. I cannot recommend Protex enough! They are the best in DFW!

Eric and his crew were great to work with. We are remodeling a 1974 home and had to replace all windows. Eric made perfect suggestions and they all look better than imagined. Everything was done in a timely manner from the first meeting until after install. Everything about this experience was perfect! Thank you Eric, we love the new windows!

That's white, Low-e/argon glass and Lifetime Limited Warranty with a Solar Heat Gain Rating Minimum of 0.024 We DO NOT do Window Repair or Glass Replacement.
