Valerich responded promptly and came to look at the issue. As the solution was just a simple fix he only took the service charge and didn’t try to up sell anything more. Appreciate his honestly and wouldn’t hesitate to call again!

Will be using him again in the future. Came out next day to repair a leaking pipe under the sink and install a bidet attachment that required some welding. Highly recommend. Didn't try to upsell us on anything and was very knowedgeable.
