Brick or Stone Repair
Everything about this experience was ideal. The price was there lowest bid and the repairs were done fully and with no issues. I received as full explanation of the timetable and what would be finished when... And everything was exactly as described and quoted. Eric and Booker communicated consistently from beginning to end. We just cannot get over what a painless process this was.

Deck or Porch Addition
Eric and his crew were very professional, kind, and did everything that was requested. I had an additional concern 6 weeks after the job was completed and Eric had one of his crew members come take care of it just as soon as I asked. I would definitely hire him again.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I like to start with a budgetary estimate as most customers do not have exact plans or know exactly what they want. Insurance claims are different as the insurance adjuster provides a detailed scope of work. If things are moving forward we can give more exact numbers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Make sure we are a good match and communicate well. Just like there are bad contractors there are bad customers as well. Fair dealings and professionalism are required on both sides for a good outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Texas A&M Class of 1990. North Texas Roofing Contractors Association member. EO, Fort Worth member.
