FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to start with a budgetary estimate as most customers do not have exact plans or know exactly what they want. Insurance claims are different as the insurance adjuster provides a detailed scope of work. If things are moving forward we can give more exact numbers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure we are a good match and communicate well. Just like there are bad contractors there are bad customers as well. Fair dealings and professionalism are required on both sides for a good outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Texas A&M Class of 1990. North Texas Roofing Contractors Association member. EO, Fort Worth member.
